Prayers for Eastertide #2

When I’m driving in the car, it’s a thinking and praying time for me. I enjoy watching the view changing out the window. I love the feel of movement towards something, even if I’m not sure of my destination. I enjoy the opportunity to both move and yet sit still. It provides space. Sometimes if I’m with others it’s a good time to talk, but mostly I like to be silent when I’m driving. Creative ideas flow and many writing ideas have been formed on a drive, especially if it’s a longish one.
